1 Generally, the title should be sans serif, such as bold. However, serif words can also be used in headlines, such as Song Dynasty, which will have a strong decorative effect. The text should be written in serif, and Song typeface is the best. (many promotional materials mistakenly use round headed words in the text, which will make people feel difficult and impatient to read)

2 There should be no more than 4 fonts used throughout the article (unless you want to show people how many fonts there are on your CD). Usually, 3 fonts are enough. The word size should not exceed 5. It is: headline/subtitle/subtitle/text/legend, generally 3 kinds are enough. (too many fonts and sizes will produce a sense of confusion, making people's eyes at a loss)

3 When using several different word sizes, we should pay attention to unity. The subtitle should use the same size, and the body should also use the same size. (the wrong use of word size is like the wrong words in the promotional materials, which makes people doubt the quality of the products you promote)

4 The color of the text should not change too much. The text must be black. Do not use anti white words in the text. It will be printed on some low-quality paper or printing machine, and it is uncomfortable to read. (of course, there are exceptions to greeting cards)

5 The text should not be less than 10 o'clock. Now there are too many people with presbyopia and myopia. You have to make most people read it easily and happily. (if most of your readers are old people, you should pay more attention to the larger characters)

6 Some changes can be appropriately added to key sentences and words in the text, such as italics, color words, etc. But not too much. See whether the promotional materials of some well-known large companies comply with the above principles. If you respect the above principles, your design will increase professionalism

if your file is very small, such as a pure vector file, of course, you may consider using e-mail to transfer, but if the file includes pictures, its size often reaches 10 to hundreds of megabytes, you can choose to use a mobile hard disk, Mo, CD-R or U disk, or FTP, transmission system. Note that if you use a mobile hard disk or U disk and use a PC platform, don't forget to bring the driver. Because if you use PageMaker 6.0 of PC platform to output, the output company must have Win98 platform to help and PageMaker 6.0 output. If you use USB interface, Win98 will not automatically recognize USB devices like WIN2000, so you need to bring drivers. If you use Apple platform (generally few), then you don't need to consider this problem, because Apple comes with drivers
